Des Taylor

Thursday 16th August and we had the pleasure of a visit from Des Taylor. He popped down for a couple of days to open our bait shop and could not resist a spot of fishing. He only had thirty hours before his return flight but managed eleven takes landing eight carp. Des said ''I can honestly say if I had stopped for the week my arm would have been aching for these fish really do pull your string''. He also took the chance to name a swim, choosing number 5 which will now be called Des Taylor's ''Lake View''
